Searching the Companies directory

Search every company and narrow the list with filters, starting from smart defaults based on your profile.
Companies lists real companies across Nigeria, Kenya and the UK, and the shepherds inside them. Search by name or ticker, pick an industry, and use the filters to find the ones that fit you.
Who works there
A company's card shows up to three of the shepherds who work there now, with their photo (or their initials if they haven't added one), and how many there are in total, for example 3 shepherds. A company with no shepherds yet shows none.
- Only shepherds you can book count, and only where they work now: the company on their profile, or the public company workspace their account belongs to.
- Someone who used to work there isn't counted here. Their past firms are on their own profile.
- The number updates as shepherds join, move or change their profile.
Smart Defaults
When you open Companies, Smart Defaults applied means we've set the country from your profile (Kenya if that's your country, otherwise Nigeria). Press Clear to see every country, or Pre-fill from your profile to switch them back on.

Shepherds Available

Each filter you set shows as a chip above the results. Press a chip to remove that filter, Clear all beside the chips to remove them all, or Reset all at the top of the filters to start again. The compensation range filter is coming soon.
Following companies and alerts
On your phone
Press Filters to open them in a panel from the bottom of the screen. The button at the bottom says how many companies match, for example Show 24 companies: press it to see them.
Opening a company
Press a company to open its quick view, then View full profile → for the whole page. On the Free plan, opening a company for the first time uses 1 KoffeePoint. Opening company profiles and KoffeePoints
