Creating a growth plan

Turn a path into a step-by-step growth plan with learning tasks, challenges and resources.
A growth plan turns a role into a checklist of things to learn, do and show, so you know exactly what to work on next.
Creating one
- Step 1: Go to Grow → Explore other paths.
- Step 2: On the path you want, press Create growth plan.
- Step 3: We build your plan from your answers. It takes a few moments, then the plan opens.
- Creating a plan uses 2 KoffeePoints. Opening it again is always free: the button then says Open growth plan.
- It fills one of your career path slots, which it shares with that path's career ladder. Your career path slots
- You can also create one for the role you're in now, from your career ladder, or from step 3 of a booking. A growth plan for your current role

If a plan can't be created
- Out of KoffeePoints: you'll see You're out of KoffeePoints, with your upgrade options. Nothing is charged. Running out of KoffeePoints
- Slots full: you'll be asked to free a slot, or to upgrade on the Free plan, before anything is charged.
- Something went wrong: we'll say so, and you can try again.

Plans are written with AI from your answers and can be wrong or incomplete. Treat yours as a starting point, and talk it through with a shepherd.
