Answer a few extra questions to sharpen the paths, companies and plans we suggest for you.
The more we know about where you are and where you want to go, the better your suggestions. ✨ Improve accuracy asks a few extra questions that go straight into the suggestions we make for you.
How it works
- Step 1: Go to Grow → Explore other paths and press ✨ Improve accuracy.
- Step 2: Answer any of the questions you like. Answers you've given before are already filled in.
- Step 3: Press Save answers.
What we ask
- What's your current role?
- What role are you aiming for next?
- Which skills are you strongest in?
- What's your timeline?
- What do people say you're great at?
- What drives you in your career?
- Which markets are you open to? For example Nigeria, Kenya or the UK, and whether you'd need visa sponsorship.
After you save
We refresh your paths with your new answers straight away. Like any new set of paths, this uses 2 KoffeePoints (unless it's your very first set). Your answers are also used for the growth plans you create from now on.
