Ticking off tasks

1. 1Step 1: Open your plan: press it under Your career paths on Grow → Explore other paths, or Open growth plan on its path.
2. 2Step 2: In Growth checklist, pick an area, such as Hard Skills or Networking.
3. 3Step 3: Tick a task when it's done. Its Done when: line tells you when that is.

Your ticks are saved as you go. Growth checklist shows how much of the plan is complete, and the SELECTED ROLE card shows your Overall progress. Press ‹ Back to all plans to return to Grow.

Keeping it moving

• Press Resources → on a task to find a course, book or person that helps with it.
• Join a challenge under Challenges to put what you're learning into practice.
• Book a coffee chat with someone already in the role, and ask what they'd prioritise.

Sharing your plan with a shepherd

• In a booking: tick Growth Plan in step 3. Your shepherd sees the role and your progress, from the growth plan you created most recently. Sharing your CV, growth plan, career ladder or LinkedIn
• In Messages: when a shepherd asks to see it, share it in one tap.
• With every approved shepherd: talents can switch on Growth plan in Settings → Privacy & visibility. What shepherds can see about you
