Understanding your analytics
For organisationsUpdated 7 Oct 2026
How many people view your page and jobs, and why you see counts rather than names.
Analytics shows how talents find and engage with you. You see numbers, never who viewed your pages.
Where to find itOpen Analytics
What you'll see
- Profile views by tier: weekly views of your public company page over the last 8 weeks, split into Unicorns, Verified and Explorers. A view is counted when someone opens your company page.
- Interested by tier: the people who've shown interest, by tier. They chose to show interest, so you see who they are.
- Interest funnel: how many times your profile was viewed, and how many people followed you, had a coffee chat with your team and are interested in a role.
- Top universities and Where talent is based, from the talents interested in you.
Each job on your Jobs tab also shows its own view count.
Privacy first
Organisations see how many times their pages and jobs were viewed, not who viewed them. Talents only appear by name when they follow you or show interest.
