Your organisation dashboard

Your organisation dashboard is where you run your company on KoffeeChat. The sidebar groups everything into five sections.

The sidebar

• Workspace

  What's in it: Home (your overview) and Analytics.

• Talent Development

  What's in it: Growth Resources for your teams.

• People

  What's in it: Talent interested in you, your Shepherds, your hiring Pipeline, your Organogram and Surprise Koffee.

• Hiring & brand

  What's in it: Jobs and Employer Brand.

• Organisation

  What's in it: Team & Access (with Invite Employees underneath) and Settings.

What you see depends on your role. For example, recruiters don't see Growth Resources. Roles: who can do what

Home

• Tiles for Profile views, Interested talent, Coffee chats, In pipeline, Active roles and Seats filled. Press one to open the tab behind it. Interested talent counts people, with how many follow you and how many are interested in a role.
• Your organogram at a glance, with Open organogram.
• The top talent interested in you right now.
• Quick actions: Post a job, Invite a shepherd and Match colleagues for coffee.
• Recent activity: who followed you or said they're interested in a role, newest first.

The header

• Your logo and your plan. Press the plan badge to see the organisation plans. Organisation plans
• The Personal | Work switch. The organisation dashboard is your work side; press Personal to go back to your own account. What a work account is
• The bell for notifications, and your account menu with Settings, Take the tour, Report a problem and Log out.
