Your Network and peer coffee chats
For shepherdsUpdated 16 Oct 2026
Meet fellow shepherds and book a peer chat to compare notes.
Network is where shepherds meet each other. Book a peer coffee chat with someone at a company you're curious about, or with a shepherd a step ahead of you.
Finding a fellow shepherd
- Search by name, role or company, and filter by Organisation (tick Include past firms to match where they used to work), Industry and Location. On a phone, press Filters.
- Shepherds show two to a row and twelve to a page. Use the page numbers under the cards for more; your browser's Back button returns to the page you were on, and changing a filter starts again from page 1.
- Rest your mouse on a shepherd's photo or name for a moment to open their full profile, with their banner, what they can help with, their experience and where they've worked. You can also press their card, or tap their name on a phone. Reading a shepherd's profile
Companies
Companies has its own place in the menu at the top (it used to be a tab inside Network). It lists real companies across Nigeria, Kenya and the UK. Each card shows up to three shepherds who work there now and how many there are. Tick Has shepherds to see only companies where shepherds work now, and press a card to open the company.
Book a peer chat
Press Book chat ☕ on a shepherd's card and follow the same three steps talents use to book you: pick a time, say what you'd like to compare notes on, and share any context. Booking a chat in 3 steps
On their side, your request shows with a Fellow shepherd label.
Your peer chats
- Your peer chats are listed under Your coffee chats, on the right of Network, under Upcoming and Past: each with their photo, name, the date and time, and Rate once it's over. On a tablet or phone, press View on the Your coffee chats strip above the shepherds.
- To withdraw a request before they answer, press More (the … button) on it under Upcoming, then Change or withdraw, and press Withdraw request.
- Once a peer chat is confirmed, message them to agree any change.
- After the chat, you can rate each other, just like with talents.
