Find your seat on the organogram, plan your next role inside your organisation and choose who sees it.
Your seat is your position on your organisation's organogram. Open it to see your role, plan where you'd like to go next inside the company and find resources picked for you.
Find your seat
- Step 1: In your work account, open Organogram.
- Step 2: Search for your name or your position, or browse the chart.
- Step 3: Press your seat to open it.
Your seat is linked to you when you join with the same work email your organisation used on the organogram. Can't find it? Ask your admin to add you, or to check the work email on your seat.
Set your internal career ladder
Under Internal career ladder on your seat, add up to 3 roles inside your organisation you'd like to grow into. Type one into + target role and press Enter. Press the cross on a role to remove it.
Choose who sees your growth
Under Who can see this (and your growth plan), pick one:

| People & Culture only | Your organisation's People & Culture team. This is where it starts. |
| My team (same line manager) | Colleagues who report to the same manager as you. |
| All employees | Everyone in your organisation. |

Resources for your role
Your seat's growth card shows the Growth Resources your organisation has picked for your role, department or team: courses, books, podcasts and people worth following.
