Questions
What is a coffee chat?
A short call with a shepherd, a professional a step or two ahead of you, about their job, their company or how they got there. You book a time that suits you both and talk in KoffeeChat or on the link they share.
What are KoffeePoints?
Your monthly allowance for the extras: 1 point to request a coffee chat, 2 to make a growth plan or new career paths, and on Free 1 to open a company. Career ladders are free. Points top up on the 1st of each month.
Which currency will I pay in?
The one for the country on your profile. Nigeria, or no country yet: naira, through Paystack. The UK: pounds. The euro area: euros. Canada: Canadian dollars. Anywhere else: US dollars. Those are paid by card through Stripe. The switcher above only changes how prices are shown.
Do unused coffee chats roll over?
No: a plan's chats are for that month. Bonus chats you earn from Refer & earn (one for every 3 friends who join) are kept until you use them, on any plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, then move to Free, and everything you made stays yours. How cancelling works
