Sign up with Google or your email address, confirm your email and find your way back in.
Creating your account
- Step 1: Press Try for free at the top of any page.
- Step 2: Choose Continue with Google, or enter your email address and a password of at least 8 characters and press Create account.
- Step 3: If you signed up with email, open the confirmation email we send you and follow its link. Can't find it? Check your spam folder, or try signing up again.
- Step 4: Choose how you'll use KoffeeChat, tell us your name and answer a few questions. That's it.
Use your personal email
Your KoffeeChat account is yours for life, so sign up with an email address you'll keep when you change jobs. If your employer invites you to a work account, that usually lives on your work email and is kept separate. Keeping personal and work separate
Signing in
- Step 1: Press Sign in at the top of any page.
- Step 2: Use Continue with Google, or your email address and password, whichever you signed up with.
Forgotten your password? Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we'll email you a reset link. Resetting your password
The picture beside the form
Sign in and sign up show a picture of people and companies connected through KoffeeChat: beside the form on a computer, and as a strip of faces above it on a phone (slimmer on a short screen, to leave room for the form). The faces are illustrative stock photos, free to use under CC0, not KoffeeChat members, and the company icons stand for industries, not real employers. Press Photo credits (under the picture on a computer, at the bottom of the page on a phone) to see who took each photo.
Where you land
We remember which side of KoffeeChat you used last on this browser (talent, shepherd, organisation or work) and take you straight back there when you sign in. On a new browser, we work it out from your account.
As a talent, you land on Coffee Chats when you sign in, ready to book your next chat. The first time, once you finish setting up, we take you where your next step points instead. What happens when you finish Your profile is always one click away under Profile at the top of the page.
Started something before signing in, like a booking, a company review or following a company? We keep it and bring you back to it once you're in. If you're new, you set up your account first. Confirming your email on a different device or browser? That one doesn't know where you were, so you start from your home page instead.
