Posting jobs and boosting a role
For organisationsUpdated 7 Oct 2026
Post an open role on your company page, edit or close it, and see who's interested in it.
Post your open roles on your company page and see the talents who are interested, right next to your pipeline.
Post a job
- Step 1: Go to Jobs and press + Post a job (or Post a job under Quick actions on Home).
- Step 2: Add a Title, and if you like a Department, Location, Type, Closing date (optional) and Description.
- Step 3: Leave it as a Free listing: it goes live on your company page, which talents also open from Discover and Companies.
- Step 4: Press Post job.
Your roles show on your claimed company page even if your workspace is Private. Press View your company page at the top of Jobs to see them the way talents do. You can also post a vacancy straight from your organogram with Post this role.
If your workspace is private and hasn't claimed a company, or we're still checking your claim, your roles stay inside your workspace for now: Jobs says so, and they appear on your company page once you have one. Making your workspace Public in Settings gives it a company page of its own.
When a talent builds a growth plan for a role like one of yours, the plan may use the roles on your company page as real examples. Only those count: closed roles, roles past their closing date and example roles never do.
Edit, close or reopen a role
- Edit changes the title, details, type, closing date or description. Changes show on your company page straight away.
- Close role takes it off your company page. Talents who were already interested stay on Talent.
- Reopen puts it back. A role with a closing date closes itself at the end of that day; reopening it clears the date.
- Each role shows whether it's Live, Live until a date, or Closed. Example roles from your workspace setup show Example, not public and never appear on your company page.
How talents show interest
Talents see your live roles on your company page and press I'm interested, for as many of your roles as they like. Each job on your Jobs tab shows its views, how many people are interested in it and how many are in your pipeline. Press the interested count, or View interested, to see the people interested in that role on Talent.
Boosting a role
Boost will put a role in front of Unicorn and Verified talent first. It isn't available yet: pressing Boost role (or choosing Boosted when you post) tells you more, and nothing is charged or changed.
