For anything about KoffeeChat, choose Report a problem in your account menu. It keeps everything in one place, lets you add screenshots, and you can follow our replies under Your reports. Reporting a problem

Ideas for new features go on Beta testers, where other people can vote for them. For any other feedback, pick Idea or feedback.
