Changing your email address

How to move your account to a different email address.
You can't change your sign-in email in the app yet. Your email is shown under Account in Settings, but it can't be edited there.
Ask us to change it
- Step 1: Choose Report a problem in your account menu and pick Account & sign-in.
- Step 2: Tell us your current email and the new one you'd like to use.
- Step 3: We'll reply by email and under Your reports.
Can't sign in any more? Email hello@koffeechat.com from your current address instead.
