A growth plan for your current role

Get a growth plan for the role you're in now, straight from your career ladder. It uses one of your path slots.
Not every plan is about moving on. If you'd like to get better at the role you're in now, create a growth plan for it from your career ladder.
How to create it
- Step 1: Open Career Ladder on Grow. Any of your ladders works: You are here is the same on all of them.
- Step 2: On the You are here rung, find Want a plan for where you are now? and press Create growth plan.
- Step 3: Check the confirmation, which tells you how many of your career path slots you're using and what it costs, then press Create growth plan. Or press Not now.
- It uses 2 KoffeePoints and one of your career path slots, like any growth plan.
- The line under the button shows how many slots you have. Once you have the plan, the button says Open growth plan.
If your slots are full
On Free, you'll be offered an upgrade to Plus or Pro for more paths, or you can remove a path to free its slot. On Plus and Pro, and for shepherds, where upgrading adds no more slots, you'll see Remove a path to free a slot instead. Your career path slots
