Asking for and sharing a CV, growth plan, career ladder or LinkedIn

A little context makes for a better chat. While a coffee chat is requested or confirmed, a shepherd can ask to see your CV, growth plan, career ladder or LinkedIn, and you can share them without leaving the conversation.

For shepherds: asking

1. 1Step 1: Open the conversation and press Ask for CV / plan / ladder (in the conversation's menu, or the button next to the message box).
2. 2Step 2: Under Ask their name for…, tick what you'd like to see: CV, growth plan, career ladder or LinkedIn.
3. 3Step 3: Press Send request. We let them know straight away.

You can only ask while a coffee chat between you is requested or confirmed.

For talents: sharing

• The request appears in the conversation, listing what your shepherd would like to see.
• Press Share my CV, Share my growth plan, Share my career ladder or Share my LinkedIn, or Share all (with the number of items) to send everything at once.
• Don't have one yet? The card offers Add your CV, Add your LinkedIn, Create your growth plan or Build your career ladder instead. Your CV and LinkedIn can be added right there, then shared in one tap.
• Have more than one growth plan or career ladder? We ask which one your shepherd should see before it's shared, and they see only that one.

Your shepherd can open what you've shared from the conversation. A shared CV opens through a link that expires after a few minutes, and your shepherd always sees your latest one.
