Your Home page and setup checklist

What's on your shepherd Home page, and the few setup steps that help talents find and book you.
Home is the first page on your shepherd side. It shows what needs you today and how your shepherding is going.
The cards at the top
- Pending requests: how many coffee chat requests are waiting for you. Press Review requests to answer them on Chats.
- Your next coffee: your next confirmed chat. Press Prep for this chat to see the topic, the talent's note and anything they shared.
- Your own growth: a shortcut to Grow, where you plan your own next steps.
- People following <your company>: if your organisation invited you by email and you accepted, you see the talents who follow its company page and share their profile with shepherds, and can Invite to a coffee chat. If it's on the Free plan, you only see followers who are among the first 3 people on its Talent tab, and how many more there are. Who sees your followers
Below them is Pro on us: how many coffee chats you've completed this month, out of the 3 that get you Pro free for the next month, and the date your Pro runs until once you have it. Pro on us
Below that is Pioneer 100: once you're verified, claim your own page at koffeechat.com/yourname, or, if you have one, copy it or press Manage. Before you're verified it says what unlocks it (adding your LinkedIn speeds up the review). You can also open it from Pioneer 100 in your account menu. Pioneer 100
If a chat has ended and you haven't rated it yet, Home asks how it went, so you can rate the talent in a few seconds.
Explore more
Press Explore more under the quote to open the rest of Home:
- Finish setup: your main setup steps and how far along you are.
- Talents to reach out to: three talents from the directory, with See all to open Talents.
- Impact snapshot: chats done, talents helped and requests pending.
- Availability: how many chats you've accepted this week against your weekly cap, with Take a break and Edit profile.
Your setup checklist
Until you've finished setting up, a Finish setup button with a progress ring sits in the header. Press it to see what's left, and press a step to go straight there:
