Pro on us: free Pro for 3 chats a month

Thank you for giving your time. Complete 3 coffee chats in a month and get Pro free for the next month. Keep doing 3 a month to keep it. It's Pro, free: the same plan talents pay for.

How it works

• Your 3rd completed chat in a month gives you Pro straight away, until the end of the next month.
• Each later month with 3 or more moves the end on by a month.
• More than 3 chats in a month still earns one month: it never adds up to two.
• A month with fewer than 3 doesn't take Pro away early. It runs to its end date, then you're on Free again. Complete 3 in any later month and it's back.

What counts

• A chat booked with you on KoffeeChat, by a talent or by a fellow shepherd (a peer chat).
• Once you've logged it as Completed and its time has passed. Logging the outcome

What doesn't

• Meeting-link and instant calls you start yourself. Meeting links and instant calls
• Chats you book with another shepherd as the guest: those count for them.
• No-shows, and requests that were declined, withdrawn or expired.
• A chat with yourself.

Which month a chat counts in

Months run on Lagos time (WAT, UTC+1), wherever you are. A chat counts in the month it started, even if you log it a few days later: log an October chat on 2 November and it still counts for October.

When it starts and ends

• Pro starts the moment you log your 3rd chat of the month, and you get a notification. Home then says You have Pro until the date.
• It runs until the end of that day, Lagos time (WAT, UTC+1). We check every day just after midnight, Lagos time, and end it then.
• When it ends you're on Free again, with Free's KoffeePoints and career paths. Your growth plans, career ladders and chats stay yours.
• Kept it going? Nothing changes on the day: the new end date shows on Home.

Your own coffee chats with fellow shepherds have no plan limit on any plan, so those don't change. Free, Plus and Pro compared

If you already pay

Pro on us never changes a plan you pay for. If you pay for Plus or Pro, you stay on it and it renews as normal, and Pro on us waits. Your chats still count: if your paid plan ends, your next completed chat (or our daily check) gives you Pro on us whenever you've done 3 that month or the month before.

Pro the KoffeeChat team has given you stays as it is too. Pro on us can take over once it ends.
